Maintenance Contracts

Are your maintenance personnel giving enough attention to your elevators? Citywide can help assure you are getting industry-standard maintenance and service life for your elevators.

We provide a Request for Proposal (RFP) service, including Custom Specification, Bid Evaluation and Bid Leveling to help you get the best value when it’s time to execute a long-term maintenance agreement.

Our Managed Elevator Services agreement includes Maintenance RFP service as well as service invoice review and expert advice on “covered / not covered” disputes.

Auditing

Citywide’s field experts can perform regularly scheduled audits focused on proper maintenance for long equipment life, as well as safety and reliability. Audits can be quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

Our regular audit reports will inform you and your maintenance contractor about important actions needed to protect your equipment and minimize service interruptions.

Our Pre-Inspection Audit helps clients avoid possible violations or cease-use orders by initiating timely corrective actions.

All audits are conducted by our experienced staff who cultivate long-term relationships with clients through knowledge, attention to detail, and dedicated customer service.

Financial Planning

Even with proper maintenance and replacement of parts, the elevators in a busy office building, hotel, hospital, or other public building eventually need replacement of major systems, including the controller and door operating components. These upgrades will require significant capital outlay.

Citywide will provide regular assessments of the remaining service life of major components, and a financial planning strategy for upgrading or modernizing when your tenants are no longer satisfied with their elevator service or their passenger experience.

Managed Elevator Services

Citywide’s Managed Elevator Services (MES) Agreement is a package of the elevator consulting services commonly required by our clients, offered at a substantial yearly savings over the cost if purchased separately.

MES agreements can be written for an individual building or for a portfolio of buildings under one management organization (Enterprise Agreement).
