Elevator Inspections
Citywide’s staff of qualified inspectors provide onsite evaluations of equipment and are also available to serve as third-party witnesses for annual and five-year tests as well as fire-service testing conducted by your maintenance contractor.
Proposal and Invoice Review
Citywide will review proposals and invoices for repairs and services to advise you whether costs are in line with industry standards and market labor rates.
Insurance Claims and Litigation
Citywide Elevator Consulting provides the following services to insurance companies and mediation firms to assist with claims involving accidents or damage to vertical transportation equipment:
